Individual Therapy

Service Description

During your session, you will have the opportunity to explore and improve your mental health in a confidential setting. This may include exploring emotional, psychological, interpersonal, or other issues that may be causing you distress.

Cancellation Policy

Clients wishing to cancel or change an appointment must give the therapist 24-hour notice in order to avoid being charged for the full appointment. If a client no-shows or cancels at the last minute or without giving 24-hour notice the credit card will be charged for the full cost of the missed appointment.
