Individual therapy service provides you a safe space to explore your thoughts and emotions in a supportive environment tailored to your specific needs.
Couples therapy can strengthen your relationship and improve communication in a confidential and non-judgmental setting.

Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is available to Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors pursuing licensure in the State of California.
Clinical supervision is provided weekly via in person contact in my office or contact via two way, real time videoconferencing.
A Supervision Agreement is established and includes a Supervisory Plan which outlines the goals and objectives of the supervision the associate will receive. The associate’s progress towards these stated goals and objectives will be regularly measured through the use of direct observation of the associate’s performance, documentation review, or review of audio-recorded sessions of the associate working with a client.
Immigration Psychological (Clinical) Evaluations
An immigration evaluation refers to a mental health assessment provided by a therapist for an immigration legal case. A completed evaluation report supports the most common kinds of cases such as Asylum, Extreme Hardship, VAWA, and U Visas.
My Approach
As a therapist, my approach is based on a client's individual needs and I strive for clients to feel supported, heard and validated. I utilize appropriate therapeutic modalities such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Theory, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strength Based Therapy in our work together. Working together, we develop a treatment plan with obtainable goals that can lead to a healthy and fulfilling life.
